MMW FACT SHEET

Data Systems & Solutions developed EPRI's MMW as an integrated solution for monitoring, analyzing and managing assets. Optimization is achieved by interfacing MMW with your existing hardware and database systems.

In particular, MMW allows for one-stop data shopping, so that answers can be found quickly, easily, and efficiently. The result: Well-informed managers, engineers, analysts, and maintenance crews- and substantial cost savings.

Performance Assessment Module (PAM)

The user can visually combine data to develop trends, triggers, tables, and graphs. The result is input to reports, performance indicators, alerts, alarms, maintenance prioritization, and triggers-all fundamental to optimizing your maintenance program.

Maintenance Ranking Assessor (MRA)

User-defined equations are applied to prioritize maintenance tasks by combing your business rules and equipment condition. Task rankings can be adjusted to maintenance schedules to ensure that crews are dispatched in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Historical Data Warehouse

This repository stores data summarized from existing database systems, data not currently archived, or data that is currently inaccessible. The resulting contents provide input to PAM and MRA.

Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

While Q4 CMMS provides equipment nameplate data, work order details, task information, and many other types of maintenance-related details to MMW, it is MMW that provides prioritization and triggering of work orders to your Q4 CMMS.

AUTOTOUR BENEFITS

Data Systems & Solutions AutoTour allows T&D operations and management to install a low cost alternative to automatically track equipment or systems that would otherwise not be monitored, or to replace manual (paper) logs that are collected only for record keeping purposes.

By eliminating paper logs, AutoTour simplifies the collection of plant field data; at the same time, it improves the accuracy of the data being recorded and its usefulness in performance monitoring and predictive analysis.

AutoTour facilitates the electronic collection of operations and maintenance data from local gauges and equipment not monitored by existing plant process computer systems. This information can then be easily trended and compared to other related key parameters to more effectively monitor the performance of equipment, trains, and systems.
