	Document Management Q4 is designed to connect & display to drawing, document & office management systems Q4 products feature multiple OLE attachments to each key record of the system. This provides the feature to store integrated information such as drawings, word documents, excel spreadsheets and many others. Q4 Web also provides the facility to download the associated data over the web. You can store or link all your drawing, plus the Q4 document system lets you manage their issues and updates.

	Reporting Tools Q4 reports use de-facto tools to generate reports for the desktop and for web outputs System Reports Q4 Products are supplied with an extensive range of reports to support good practice control. User's may obtain a range of reports from the point of work within each Q4 module. A Report Manager provides facilities to access, review and print report output. The reports supplied are extensive and can be customised. System standard reports are divided into various groups and each report can be allocated security rights. Custom Reports The Report Manager provides facilities to customize existing reports and to add new reports using third party software such as Crystal Reports and OLAP applications. Dictionary gateways are provided to facilitate access. Office Suites Reports conform to Microsoft formats to allow transfer of information to applications such as spreadsheets and word processors.
