Q4 Power provides a fully integrated state of the art system for management of the complete asset, work and logistics process. The software enhances pre-job planning, risk assessment, work scheduling to job closure.
Asset registration, upkeep & performance
Q4 gives you the ability to capture, define and track the characteristics of equipment and work related information, whilst including such time saving features as inheritance for data handling efficiency. Q4 prescriptive tasks can be specified and assigned to establish preventive schedules with complete history audits. Documents and drawings are easily stored including version control with system-wide viewing.
Work scheduling, execution & analysis
The configurable workflow engine provides you with powerful interactive scheduling tools to balance work priorities, labor, spares and resources, co-ordinated with your planned or forced outage opportunities. Work activity processing allows staff to execute, progress and complete work efficiently. Q4 also offers synchronized spares planning and mobile work transfer with the industry's most intuitive interface.
Procurement control & material optimization
Multi-location spares and material management is fully integrated with the work and equipment applications to optimize its critical role. It features streamline administration by assisting procurement, engineering and stores staff to tightly manage stock, vendors, contracts and transactions. A series of processing and information facilities are provided to minimize stock holdings, consistent with your maintenance strategy. Logical purchase processing is supported with forecasting, tendering, vendor and best buy appraisal.

Deployment:
An electronic system can be installed and configured quite quickly onto an organisation’s network with a relatively small amount of interruption to operations. Data from existing systems can be rapidly transferred to the new system allowing a quick and easy method of populating equipment, specifications and history data to Q4.
