Business

• Business Development Executives - Develop, build, maintain and manage national and international partner/client/staff partnerships within agreed business targets.

Sales

• Sales Account Executives - Build and maintain business relationships with clients in oil, gas, power, utility, process and manufacturing organizations to secure initial and corporate contracts.
• Marketing and Promotion - Promote, build and secure relationships with potential customers, media, clients and partners to promote products and services. Requires marketing expertise using modern technology with promotional flair

Professional Services

• Work Management Consultants - Experienced HSE and Maintenance managers/engineers with expertise to advise and consult with clients on maintenance strategy and implementation. Require ability to establish, specify and secure contracts. ·
• Project and Implementation - Project managers/engineers with enterprise maintenance and safety management experience that can control and implement a project to tight time scales to deliver client expectation with satisfaction
• Customer Support - Provide both on and off-site assistance to solve user problems and deliver training to internal standards and client specification.

Software Design and Development

• Application Research - Explore customer and market requirements, document and specify definitive commercial application needs
• Product Architecture and Development - Product Architecture and Development - Join a distributed team to assist in the design and production of a core multi-tiered architecture which supports web-based and rich clients using Visual Studio 2005 Team System. Prior experience using object-orientated techniques and working within an Agile development environment desirable.
• Quality and Standards - Maintain the highest standards of product quality, functionality and usability to establish customer satisfaction. Includes application testing, validation, modification specification and progress chasing
• Software Programming - Transform specified requirements to user interface applications applying internal quality standards. Includes user review, internal and onsite acceptance.
• Documentation - Create and maintain product and internal documentation to high quality standards both in printed, web and on-line help format.
