Deployment: An electronic system can be installed and configured quite quickly onto an organisation’s network with a relatively small amount of interruption to operations. Data from existing systems can be rapidly transferred to the new system allowing a quick and easy method of populating data to Q4.

Configuration: One of the major strengths of Q4 is its flexibility, and ability to be configured to match our client’s unique processes and existing documents. The advantages of this are immediately apparent. Implementing a system that looks and feels similar to your paper system ensures immediate familiarity during the initial change. If desired, the opportunity to optimise, streamline and strengthen the rule base and processes can also be defined and configured.

Ease of Use: Ease of use is a key issue. If the software is intuitive and user friendly the result is rapid uptake amongst all end users while unlocking maximum benefit through use of the system’s advanced functionality. Q4 has been designed to guide users through the preparation and management of safety documents in a logical and natural manner which allows users to pick up the system with a minimum of training and ensures the correct sequence of steps are carried out in the safety process.
