Training

Training is provided via standard or specifically constructed courses on-site or at our training centers.

Engica provide high quality training services to cover a wide range of user abilities. Each course is tailored to the individual needs of our client and can be incorporated within an overall implementation plan. Courses are generally focused on particular groups of users but can be designed to cater for various levels of user ability. The courses range from "one-to-one" sessions to small groups.

Courses offered include both the theoretical and practical aspects of Computerized Maintenance Management and a variety of complimentary software packages. To give users a clear focus of the reasons for CMMS implementation, each course contains a brief introduction to the benefits/principles behind the concept of the training.

Whether they are aimed at users, super-users, administrators or managers, our training courses are planned in the context of an implementation project. They range from highly interactive "decision making" training at the outset of a project through to targeted end-user training. In all cases, the training is tailored to the client's requirements.

All courses can be carried out either on site, at a training facility arranged by the client, or in the excellent training facilities at any of Engica's offices. We can also provide links to third party organizations to provide training.
