Q4 Calibration is a specialized module to facilitate the cost-effective management of calibration, inspection and servicing procedures. It is designed for engineers to specify calibration points and record calibration results.

Q4 Calibration functions extend to control, electrical and mechanical equipment that are subject to traceable calibration recording audits and reports error range results.

The module can operate with the maintenance system or operate as a stand-alone module.

Create and maintain comprehensive records of equipment items using the INSTRUMENT MANAGER. This is the core of Q4Calib, holding details of equipment items and their cyclic calibration programs
Enter calibration and test results for comparison against pre-set Pass/Fail criteria with the fully configurable RESULTS ENTRY FORM
Audit and review calibration results in the RESULTS HISTORY MANAGER. The information stored includes full details of calibration results in tabular and graphical format
When instruments are re-located or re-assigned the movement details are entered using the MOVEMENT ENTRY function
Full tracking of location and ownership details is facilitated using the INSTRUMENT MOVEMENTS MANAGER
Equipment that is flexible in use and requires differing set-ups is catered for using the CONFIGURATION MANAGER which holds full build standard details for each application
Additional and specialized technical details for each class of instrument is accessible through the TECHNICAL DATA MANAGER
Control calibration and test activities using the PROCEDURE MANAGER, which provides on-line access to, detailed work instructions and environmental requirements
For out-sourced calibration services use the CONTRACT MANAGER to maintain details of costs and delivery performance
Full details of suppliers or sub-contractors who supply, calibrate or service equipment are held within the SUPPLIER REGISTER
Effective management of suppliers and sub-contractors is assured using vendor appraisal techniques and recording the results in the APPRAISAL MANAGER
Close the control loop with the REPORTS MANAGER, which provides easy access to standard and customized summary and performance reports
