The event monitor and specified task triggers a work order by using an object call that can be called by most modern DCS, SCADA and PLC software with a simple network message call.

The system can be set up on the plants network system or even across the web. Use it for an effective maintenance telemetry system just by calling a browser that will execute the needed processes.

Done in real time to give you the maximum time to investigate and repair the alarm or reading with no computer (paper work) to do other than to complete the job. And if you need some technical assistance the created job can be automatically loaded with applicable documents, drawings and diagnostics to help.

Monitored Maintenance

Or for general maintenance an automatic timed scan run will check value triggers to create a program of work on machines due or overdue an inspection or check.
