Equivalent Operating Hour (EOH) Q4 EOH module is now undergoing its final SAT's. The module tracks the life cycle of hot parts such as turbine blades and burners. It is fully integrated with PI Real Time DCS system and is designed to accomodate different factors for each type of machine.

Trinity House Lighthouse Authority for England, Wales, the Channel Islands and Gibraltar have started a major implementation of Q4 to manage their range of navigation aids. The safety of shipping, and the well being of seafarers, has been the prime concern of Trinity House since it was granted a Charter by Henry VIII in 1514.

Q4 Power UK User Day - Engica would like to thank both speakers and participants in the many interesting papers from both new and mature Q4 system users. Talks including Maintenance Strategy revised from “Ground Up”, Retrofit of ERP Systems in an Emerging Market Environment, Task Risk Assessment, Reliability Data Collection and others papers. They presented progressive approaches to techniques, objectives and deliverables in demanding environments.

A step change in the Q4 ISSOW Integrated Safe System of Work provides an innovative system that combines the 4 R’s Rules, Roles, Routing and Regulation of safety procedures and documents into a fully configurable environment.

V6 language system releases have been extended to Brazilian and South American Spanish. Engica have been investing in technology transfer and market promotion to implement and support the various markets in South America.

BAe Systems Submarines Q4 Computerised Maintenance Management System goes live at their Barrow-in-Furness site. The system supports compliance with maintenance Strategy arrangements including the NNRP and NII regulatory maintenance requirements for the Nuclear Licensed Site.

Marathon Oil UK Goes Live with ISSOW standard safety. The Integrated Safe System of Work is now fully operational across the Brae field and includes Task Risk Assessment, Permit and Isolation management supported with E-Learning Training.
